Jake's background in quantity surveying spans many forms of construction projects; from the traditional to the modular. He takes pride in taking the whole process through from tendering to final accounts and enjoys building strong relationships throughout. Jake joined Xylotek in summer 2023 to pursue a new challenge and develop his knowledge of bespoke timber projects.

Wilf has ten years of practical experience in a range of projects including large-scale stage set productions for UK and European festivals, music videos, adverts and awards ceremonies, as well as traditional joinery.

As a graduate of the University of Lagos and University of Salford, Ayotunde joined Xylotek in 2023 to pursue his passion for advanced timber construction.
