Wilf is a Bristol-based Installation Manager with over 15 years of industry experience, beginning his career as a carpenter and progressing into site and project leadership roles. He is an Appointed Person for lift planning, experienced in preparing lift plans, RAMS, and managing site operations safely and efficiently.
Wilf has worked on both high-volume MMC developments and bespoke construction projects, including leading the delivery and installations on mountain-top project, Palitana Temple Pavilions, in India. His background combines practical trade knowledge with strong health and safety expertise, ensuring Xylotek’s projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
