Great to see Arup’s Birmingham office recognised with a British Council for Offices (BCO) Regional Award for Best Fit Out of Workplace.
Located at One Centenary Way, this major refurbishment brings together workplace innovation, sustainability and inclusive design - supporting a diverse range of working styles and social spaces across three floors.
Xylotek was contracted to design, supply and install key timber elements within the fit out, including the CLT scissor staircase, theatre stairs and acoustic timber meeting spaces. These features contribute to the biophilic and highly detailed character of the interior, helping to define both circulation and gathering areas.
