By encouraging our clients to feedback on our progress at regular intervals we identify areas for improvement and additional features at the earliest possible stage. Our weekly demonstrations also serve to engage our project sponsors ensuring system adoption is seamless as possible. This continual evaluation also gives our clients absolute control over project spend and budget against progress (as with an internal development team).

In avoiding the traditional ‘waterfall’ approach of ‘specify once, develop, charge for change’ we avoid wasted development time and therefore wasted cost.
